All of our servers are connected to a blend of Tier 1 fiber networks to provide multiple routes to your server. We have a 100% network uptime service level agreement. We also have at least a minimum Gigabit connection to all servers we host, with up to 10Gbps connections available.
We provide all of our managed services a 99.99% uptime guarantee. That in combination with our 100% network uptime service level agreement means you are in good hands.
Just because a network is good does not mean that the hardware is reliable. We only use enterprise grade hardware in all the servers we sell. In the event that your hardware would malfunction we will not stop until it is fixed and your services are brought back up!

Over the last few days we have made some changes to how we invoice. To give customers ample time to prepare for upcoming invoices we have made changes for our billing system to send out invoice for upcoming renewals on some billing periods. Invoices will now be generated the following amount of days before the due date:
Monthly Billing Cycles – 14 Days before due (No Change)
Quarterly Billing Cycles – 14 Days before due (No Change)
Semi-Annual Billing Cycles – 30 Days before due
Annual Billing Cycles – 60 Days before due
Biennially Billing Cycles – 90 Days before due
Triennially Billing Cycles – 90 Days before due
Domain Renewal Invoices – 60 Days before due
Cancelations will still need to be submitted no later than 15 days before the next due date.
Domain Renewal Reminder emails will still be sent 60, 30, 15, 7 and 1 day(s) before the renewal date.
